Supporting Great Western Community Concert Association
Great Western Community Concert Association has been organized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit community concert presenter.
The goal of Great Western Community Concert Association is to present high quality entertainment primarily from the 1950s, 60s and 70s at reasonable prices that everyone can afford. A portion of the tickets for every concert are set aside at discounted rates from the already low prices specifically for low-income Senior groups and other special groups in the communities served.
Additionally, specially fully subsidized tickets are set aside for special needs individuals in our community. We need your help to be able to afford to do this.
Great Western Concert Association also provides fund raising opportunities to youth organizations when concerts are presented at school performing arts centers by allowing them to operate the refreshment vending for concert attendees.
Where possible Great Western Community Concert Association will also be conducting outreach programs through which the visiting artists will work with the music departments of the schools and perform at school assemblies to expand the appreciation of music from a past era.
To succeed we need support from individuals and businesses. Support from individuals and businesses in the form of contributions are tax deductible.
Great Western Community Concert Association will also be presenting benefit concerts from time to time to benefit selected charities.
During this period of economic challenge many communities are being forced through budget reductions to cut back on the support of their own local Arts and Entertainment programs. Please consider helping Great Western Community Concert Association fill this void with the quality entertainment that we will be bringing. As with any community service organization a contribution of any size will always be welcome as will in-kind contributions.
